4. Car Sale & Purchase

Clients are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before purchase.
Executives Travel LTD is not responsible for any undisclosed mechanical or cosmetic issues if the vehicle is not inspected before buying.
Deposits made for booking a vehicle are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
5. Marketing Services
All marketing strategies, content, and campaigns are created based on the information provided by the client.
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information and required materials.
Marketing results (traffic, leads, sales, rankings) may vary depending on market conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
Executives Travel LTD retains the right to use anonymized case studies for portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
6. Recruitment Services
Executives Travel LTD acts as a recruitment partner connecting employers with potential candidates.
While we ensure thorough screening, the final hiring decision lies with the client/employer.
We are not liable for any future performance issues, misconduct, or disputes involving hired candidates.
Recruitment fees must be paid as per the agreed structure.
7. Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made according to the agreed invoice or contract.
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed only after reviewing the nature of the request and service terms.
Deposits for cars, bookings, or marketing/recruitment projects are generally non-refundable.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
